EMT-B (Basic EMT) Academy #2

  • Please note, that this Academy is fully approved by the state. The dates for this Academy will be Tuesday, September 24th, 2024 - Saturday, December 28th, 2024.

  • Working Professional's Academy - Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 1800-2200 HRS (6:00 pm-10:00 pm) and Saturdays from 0900-1800 HRS (9:00 am-6:00 pm). Instructor Office Hours Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 1600-1800 HRS (4:00 pm-6:00 pm) and Saturdays from 0800-0900 HRS (8:00 am-9:00 am).

  • Successful completion of the Academy qualifies each student to sit for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians certification examination and be eligible for Michigan State EMT-B Licensure.

  • Academy Price - $2,000.00 Includes BLS, PEARS, PHTLS 10th Edition and TECC Certifications. It also includes the first attempt at the NREMT Certification Exam.

  • Tuition payment plans may be available pending approval.

  • CAAS has a working relationship with the local Michigan Works Office and tuition assistance may be available for qualified individuals.

  • The Valedictorian and Salutatorian from the Academy will be offered preferential employment with Corunna Area Ambulance Service and a tuition reimbursement plan.

NAEMT Tactical Emergency Casualty Care Provider Course

Saturday, December 21, 2024, & Sunday, December 22, 2024 - 0800-1730 HRS. Two-day course. Must attend the full course for completion certificate and 16 CE Credit Hours—location TBD based on attendance.
